Staff are super helpful and very knowledgeable. Cant drop your bike off, though, so plan to spend at least minutes for moderatebigjobs longer if its busy

Its a great place for students to repair and buy bike items. The people at the shop are very friendly and helpful. They listen to your problems carefully and solve it. They also teach you how to do selfrepairs so in case of emergency, you can solve your problem without worrying too much.

My brake broke on my bike and Ian was super helpful Im not too knowledgable on bikes but he walked me through what he was doing and was really nice and patient. After he fixed my brake, he checked for any other damages on my bike and now my bike is running so much smoother. Thank you so much
