The gym itself is nice but childcare area is awful The staff was rude and not paying attention to kids. Its awful. I wont be having them watch my kids anymore. I have heard so many bad things about it and I tried to be opened minded but staff not knowing where my child was is unacceptable

Attended a birthday party at the indoor pool and it was amazing The staff member assisting the party was friendly and great The pool was warm and my kids had a blast It was nice to have pool noodles and toys already there. The indoor space was large and decorated nicely by staff as well The club was clean and everyone was great

First class fitness experience. This place is next level and completely in another league compared to other area gyms. Two indoor pools for cold weather swimming and a great outdoor pool for the kids with slides and a lazy river. Squash courts, an indoor track and basketball courts. Has to be seen to be believed.

Very nice gym. Towels, sauna, steam and pool. Free initial visit. A day pass is after that. Neighboring places are . Guest fee is way too expensive for a standard visit.

While the facilities are fantastic, their customer service is abysmal.You would think that a gym of this caliber would be eager to assist a member with personal training, however, after leaving multiple messages I was never contacted to set up sessions. Not worth the price of membership.

I used to come here every morning. Good machines and free weights. hours is great so you can avoid any crowds. Its not usually crowded at all and even when it was I never felt like I was waiting that long for anything or watiing at all. All in all good solid place to work out.
