Its ok if you know what you are doing. If you new to going to the gym and dont know what equipment will hit your target area, this is not the place for you. I tried to get the special with visit with a trainer so I at least didnt hurt More

Ive been going to this gym on and off for about yrs. This is a great neighborhood gym with a friendly environment. Only complaint I have is they dont have a free weight squat rack only Klein machines. Although they do have everything else you may need for training. The staff and the atmosphere is definitely star.

I stopped attending the gym and then canceled my debit card. A few months later, I am getting a call from Debt collectors telling me I have hundreds of dollars in unpaid bills from Spunk Fitness. If Im not going and dont have an active account, then why are they charging me for a gym membership This place is a scam.
