This gym is very clean and well organized. It has just about every piece of equipment you need and the staff is very friendly I would definitely recommend it.

Really like this location. Very spacious, tons of room for free weights. Clean, wellmaintained, tons of cardio equipment. Locker room is nice too. One of the best clubs Ive been to in MD.

Here in Frederick MD the people like to be on chape lol... was full but was nice because is a concurrent gym but is very clean and nice smell dont smell like sued lol I liked... good space and clean bathrooms, nice and clean showers.. good costumer service
