Two rooms open, on the hour admittance strict, if past five minutes you will not be allowed to enter even if gym itself is empty, no bags including a plastic grocery bag to keep electronics dry when it is raining. More

The gym is a great place to work out, it has a fairly strick dress code but nothing too outlandish. The facility it clean and the people manning the facility are great and super friendly It is a little dated and has some old equipment but it still gets the job done

I have to admit I first went to Eagle Fitness when it was SeaLandAir in . Its still a great place to workout. Looks like the redesigned the free weight area and expanded the cardio area. The whole place felt clean and fresh, and I had a great workout.

Good gym, clean and full of just about anything you would want. The best time to go, like most gyms, is first thing in the morning but afternoons are not too packed. It is most empty around am.

I strongly disliked this facility for years. I felt it had a very prisonesq atmosphere. Theyve upgraded the squat racks and lifting room which has greatly improved the gym. The staff is usually helpful. Aside from some cleanliness concerns, I appreciate the facility.
