This is a good fitness center but not very friendly to beast mode gym rats i.e. dont drop weights or scream at the voiced in your head.

The Towson swim team and coach hosted an olympic team swim meet. My sons towson student, Nick, coached with a positive and encouraging hand. I was so thankful my son, Nathaniel, had this swim clinic opportunity.

Didnt like working here as apart of the gym staff. The head Operation supervisor manager and head facility manager manger only cared about their favorites never really cared about others.

Plenty of equipment and friendly people. Confusing at first, but so is any gym for a newcomer.

This has to be the nicest gym I have ever been too. My normal gym is Golds which is a gym too. However this gym just has something about it that makes me like it a little more. Not to mention it is absolutely beautiful

Love this gym, really glad its a part of the tuition. There are wipe and hand sanitizer stations everywhere. Employees are cleaning machines every minutes as well. Its a great gym. Theres also free group sessions for things like cycling and boxing
