Our objectives are physical fitness, healthy eating, as well as daily lifestyle changes amongst our members. Are you curious about Grind Fitness? This fitness chain is a popular choice among consumers, as its located in Towson, MD, United States. Located in 8625 Pleasant Plains Rd suite b, Towson, MD 21286, this Grind Fitness is open six or seven days a week and you can check Grind Fitness working hours from our operational hour table. Grind Fitness offers strengthening, weight loss, cardio, etc, so members receive a full-body workout.

There are workouts designed for beginners as well as those with specific training goals. Grind Fitness does not promote unhealthy eating habits and you can get your individual diet information from your trainer. Guests with children should not be discouraged from joining Grind Fitness, as they may not be able to participate in these activities without the assistance of a parent or guardian.

A membership at a Grind Fitness facility allows members access to fitness equipment, special diet plans, induvial training, yoga (at some locations), etc. The monthly/yearly cost also includes unlimited use of all Grind Fitness facilities and gyms.

Early morning and late evening are the busiest time in Planet Fitness. Check online or call them at (410) 725-4725 for schedules, and decide which time is best for you.

This is a great gym I came in with issues, and all the Amazing trainers worked with me. They made me stronger and more confident that I could do the workouts. Even the participants were supportive and cheered you on until you reached your goal. I would recommend this gym to everyone

I joined this gym for a week challenge to lost both weight and body fat percentage. This was an incredible weeks. The trainers are personable, the gym is clean, and their approach is like no other. This is a friendly atmosphere and is inviting to those with little or no experience
