Lots of different equipment for the casual or serious lifter. Powerlifting platform, weights get real heavy. Swimming pool. Yoga and spin studio. Kids center. Clean locker rooms. No shortage of cardio machines. Very rarely crowded. Great fitness club.

Merritt has been great Not too crowded. Occasionally a pile up in the weight room, but to be expected at peak times. Classes are well run by instructors that make you have a great work out. Always a friendly place too staff and members.
