For those who are willing to commit to achieve the ultimate breakthrough All of our classes are minutes, mostly spent OUT OF THE SEAT we do not sit much at all. While on the bike, the instructor will guide you through a series of drills that includePushups, Crunches, Figure s, Tap backs, and Weights. Each class is a full body workout full of inspiration, challenges results The music playlists are motivating, hard hitting beats that will have you singing, cheering forgetting the intense workout you are experiencing.
