What a great yoga studio. Shanna is wonderful. She is patient with newbies like me. The setting is peaceful and calming. She spent a lot of time getting the studio to be the perfect environment for mindfulness. Her enthusiasm is obvious. It is a perfect compliment to all of the running I do.
