This location is not hours. I preferred to workout overnight on the weekends due to my schedule and the comfort of.working out with very few people in the building. Not happy that the hours have changed without any notice. Wish we were told before the night of the change to the hours.

This gym is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nakoa, one of the trainers is passionate and patient and Ive enjoyed working with him. The only downside is that there arent more freeweights.
