We support these goals by providing members with access to our professional, knowledgeable staff and outstanding fitness programs in a clean and familyfriendly environment.

The hot tub looks great. I cant wait to be able to use these facilities again. I tried a couple of different gyms while you were closed, but I did not like them as much. The blue track looks great too.

I have always felt at home going to Insight. Ive gone since my daughters were little enough to be in the child care, and now they are almost out of Highschool. Chris and Dave, the lifeguard brothers always brightened my days Such friendly, and kind guys, loved our chats after a hard workout

I loved being in the pool, walking for exercise and doing aerobics. The brothers were helpful, respectful and caring. They were very attentive to the people in the water and I always felt safe. My fondest memories are early morning walks in the pool with my husband.

Insight is by far my favorite gym I love the atmosphere and all the amenities they offer. Although I am sad that they had to shut down for some time I am glad they took that time to update the gym. I cant wait to get back, lace up my shoes, and hit the track. The new equipment in the weight area is going to be nice
