From my understanding, all previous reviews are under the old ownership. And I also just found out that someone pulled a gun behind the building. This is not a place I would join, ever If you need confirmation, check Flint Police Opertaions.

Heyy Chris you can kindly point yourself the other way if youre here to slander a local business. This is one of the best gyms Ive ever been too. Very convenient and the staff is always helpful. Maybe try rtalking to the people at the gym and more get involved with life.

Ive been going here for years. I have lost a totally of lbs being here Owner and staff are amazing. Temperatures are regulated nicely inside the gym both summer and winter.

Best gym in area. The gym is always very clean The equipment is like new The management team responds immediately to any concerns. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great workout environment

Went there to cancel my membership and no one was there. It said it was open on a Tuesday. It was on a Tuesday. I called and first got sent to voicemail. Second time it just rang till I got the voicemail. After driving over hr there which is why we were canceling in the first place.
