This gym is cool. Lots of tools to assist in your lifts. I like the Iso machines and the fact that you can walk in to a gym that offers supplements and merchandise. Tanning is an offer too. Bro code is enforced at this location. Lifting is life.

Great gym Even though yhe gym is full of experinced male body builders, as a woman I feel very comfortable working out here. When asked, the owner gives helpful advice about exercise and diet. Very affordable.

For starters the parking lot is terrible and the staff has deteriorated even more. Scammed me out of because the old, very good worker left and the new one doesnt know what hes doing. Then calls me two days later because he forgot to tack on another . Not very happy.
