Overall the gym is decent but the lady behind the front desk seems super rude and annoyed most of the time. Most of the other staff is great but one bad apple can ruin it for me. Decided to find a new gym with nicer staff

great gym, always clean, outstanding and friendly staff. the locker room and showers are always clean. I havent had an issue of needing to wait for any machine and the floor plan and lay out is excellent.

Nothing short of an amazing gym I dont like traditional gyms because of the judgy atmosphere, and that is what sets Planet Fitness apart from the rest. Plus, the use of the personal trainer is worth the price of the membership alone More

Wasnt always the biggest PF fan but the midland location made me change my mind. The staff are super nice accommodating. The gym is always clean usually not too busy at the time I go. The staff also handled a small situation the other day with professionalism I really appreciated that
