Horrible customer service. Managers are terrible. American express will be refunding them for fradulent charges. This club has been investigated multiple times. They have no proof or record of the authorization and continue to scam members.

As far as gyms go, this is about as good as it gets. In terms of the Life Time locations locally in Metro Detroit, this is definitely my favorite one. There is something about the atmosphere and overall setup that is just good. If you have kids, its almost a nobrainer for the day care and other youth programs.
