Ive been a member for over years and the gym is always reinventing itself. Classes are challenging. Staff is helpful, polite, knowledgeable and FIT Very affordable for a workout facility. I highly recommend.

The mens shower is a total wreck. Tiles have fallen out, tiles are cracked, you can see the dirt and staining on both the tiles and the pan. You can smell the mildewmoldrot. More

A little cramped, but the staff is helpful during staffed hours, its clean, and the crowd are respectful and courteous. Has the al the equipment most anyone would need.
