This place is awesome Ive done traditional strength training in the past, and was skeptical of the FIT philosophy. Their trainers are very knowledgeable and well versed to explain how their philosophy works. The convenience of only needing one session a week is awesome for my schedule. I feel great and highly recommend fit

My husband and I signed up for a week training. We have been enjoying every session. It is a good work out, we have both been sore following our visits. We dont have to change our clothes and it only takes about to minutes for both of us. We plan to sign up again when this weeks is completed.

I know myself, and I wont go to a gym. But Im determined to stride into old age with strength and confidence, so I know I need to keep active. Fit is easy to fit into my schedule, and Ive seen and felt results over the past year. Twenty minutes once a week Yes, I can do this
