Hour fitness center that offers fitness assessments, personal training, group training and classes. hour access and hour security. Private bathrooms with private showers. We have treadmills, ellipticals, bikesrecumbent and standard, a step climber and spin bikes for cardio. For strength training we have machines, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and squat racks. We have a heavy bag with boxing gloves and focus pads. We also have bosu balls, yoga balls, medicine balls, battle ropes, jump ropes and a TRX.

UPDATE Manager called after bad review and fixed my main complaint and is working on the rest. Gym is under new management. I signed up for a fitness trainer that I feel is dedicated and will push me towards my goal. Im satisfied and think that the new manager actually cares about the members.
