Its a really good place to work out. Not fancy and could use a refresh. But considering the last year, its nice to see them open Will use the pool next time. Nice people too

The coaches around this place are very nice and the environment is always clean. I have worked out in multiple locations and this one has to be one of my favorites. The best aspect about this gym is the staff. I love that I come here to workout I dont feel overwhelmed with a crowded gym. Hats off to to this wonderful place. Superb

Older building and locker rooms, but its clean and they have plenty of updated equipment like you see in larger more expensive clubs. They have tanning, a pool, hot tub, sauna and steem rooms. Its not the best lit place, but its not like More

This is the only gym Ive ever really felt comfortable using. The staff is always very friendly and obviously enjoy what they do. The facility is usually pretty clean and never too busy. I can always use whatever facilities I came for More

I love the water classes. The instructors are great. But unfortunately the owners have known in advance an instructor needed medical leave and didnt care to cover the advertised class, even though I spoke to one owner personally. Not More

Great gym its clean just wish they are on Fridays I understand closing at on weekends but also another thing that annoys me is the dumbells dont go over pounds
