This place is a awesome gym. John the owner is a awesome guy whos very knowledgeable coach when it comes to training, dieting, and or anything competing wise. Depending on time during the day it can be busy but overall this gym is the BEST HANDS DOWN gym in Grand Rapids and surrounding area.

Great gym for those serious bodybuilders and powerlifters. Quick easy process for signing up. The equipment is older however it is sufficient and plenty to get a good pump in.
