Amazing gym Friendly atmosphere and great instruction. All levels train here so there is never any intimidation what so ever. Very family friendly as well. I wish I could give stars.

Great training, facility is new up to date with equipment. Coaching is superb, coach Ken is very knowledgeable great at working with kids and adults from beginners to advanced students. I highly recommend this training facility wether you want to lose weight and get in shape or if you want to fight professionally.
