This is the place to be if you want to get some quick work in. Not as exotic as the hour shops, but has the necessities and more than enough equipment. I dig it.

I absolutely Love Life time But I have had problems thw last couple Months thinking of canceling My membership I had put it on hold due to summer vacations Im still being billed. never received my Myl Buck since Ive stated last year

After reading the other reviews, I thought Id give this Lifetime a try. What a shock The scale is outside the minuscule locker rooms and so are ALL of the towels. The showerheads are laden with hard water buildup and the shower stalls More

Apple Valley location is great. I have never had to compete for machines as there are plenty of machines cardio and weights and not too many people.The staff are great. One criticism is that I wish the womens locker room had a sauna as well, and not just the mens locker room.
