We were having some troubles with our account and Mineta was so helpful and got everything straightened out. Definitely will be back to her next time. We love this club people and atmosphere as well as the equipment ROCK

Very well equipped gym. Great classes and pool. Tons of free weight.Staff are very friendly. General Manager is extremely professional and cheerful.

Great environment The people in here are so friendly, they made me feel comfortable and safe and they are very knowledgeable in fitness and health, great free weights area. very clean. I like to workout days a week at this gym

Love this place The staff is so nice and super helpful. I had a problem with my account and they helped me fix it so quickly Super spacious place and never too busy where you cant find a machine. Environment is super relaxed and I never feel judged. Clean and open. Love it here

I love this LA fitness. Its really clean and has nice equipment. Two complaints. One, there are no non slip mats on the way from the locker room to the pool. This is a huge hazard as the floors are slippery when wet. Secondly, the parking lot is terrible. The spots are small and you have to walk from far away.

I have been going to this gym for a few years and I think for the price it is a good value. One thing that bothers me is I can see animal hair on the machines and floor by the weights, then it gets on my stuff. The staff is friendly and I feel comfortable there.
