Small but very complete fitness club. They have a running track, pool, child center, fitness rooms plus clean and well appointed locker rooms. While on vacation, I come here as a guest several days a year. The staff is extremely helpful More

This gym is connected to a strip mall. They do not have a gym but they do have a small track If you rather run than do treadmill. The TVs are close to the workout machines. They also have a swimming pool.

Lifetime New Hope is a Gem. They have everything including Alpha, Polaties, yoga, ultra fit, Gtx and several group fitness classes. They have a great pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub. The club is always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Life Time has a family atmosphere. If you are looking to workout with a great group of trainers, this is your place. I joined just over a year ago and with their great coaching, Im now able to do things I thought were impossible for me. Highly recommend this place

I love Lifetimes lifestyle concept and one stop shopping culture. I have been to several locations in the Twin Cities and have loved them all. St. Louis Park is a special place for me. Their Hair Stylists are fantastic and the yoga studio is beautiful
