Employees have a love for fitness and making sure everyone has the best experience... they are friendly helpful with any questions I had. The vibe in the gym is motivational. The music is loud and good workout music. Everyone comes in there to work hard. I drive about mins because I really like this gym.

What you have in Rollie, the gyms owner is a guy with encyclopedic knowledge and a great knack for motivating and bringing out the best results for each client. I attained a personal best in the bench press under his guidance and recommend him highly for reaching what ever fitness goal you are seeking
