Crystal Mn location is my home gym. Hector was very helpful has great customer service skills and knowledgeable about everything I needed help with. The Hydro massage bed was great.

Its a good gym if you arent looking for a lot of amenities. Havent had any issues with the people or equipment and its open hours so if youre a night owl its perfect. Massage chairs are a big plus

Fairly large Planet Fitness compared to others I have seen. Treadmills could use a tune up to stop the squeaky ones and some seem like the belt is a bit loose. Otherwise the gym is great. Locker rooms are clean and showers are hot . Amazing price as always.
