Excellent equipment. Clean. While I rarely interact with the staff, I see the staff consistently encouraging their clients to perform their best.

This is an awesome Gym. They are all super friendly and everyone is helpful and encouraging. The workouts are tough, but you will see improvements in fitness and boxing skills if you work at it. All levels are welcome. My son, years old, and I have signed up for the day a week plan. Very reasonable prices.
