Matt is THE BEST TRAINER EVER I hate personal trainers because Im super subconscious but Matt made it super comfortable and helped me do the exercises correctly without making me feel embarrassed for not doing it correctly. He pushes you to your limits. Im telling you. You will NOT regret having him as your trainer.
