Someone at the front desk made some inappropriate comments to a friend of mine. I hope they took it as a lesson in making customers feel comfortable and want to come back.

No mask enforcement whatsoever, people with masks pulled down throughout the entire facility including staff, staff sits around and doesnt take extra cleaning precautions, kind of blown away. Planet fitness next door, much cleaner and bigger, staff is active and more socially competent.
