KB Sculpt offers Stand up Paddleboard Yoga Classes Events. SUP yoga will strengthen your core, build lean muscle and make you sweat. Your body will move through a series of yoga poses and strength movements with the purpose of increasing balance, strength, flexibility and endurance. A surface that is unstable means a full fitness experience and the most adventurous yoga class you can find.
