Worked out there in the mid s while in the area, working at Monticello Nuclear power station. Neat gym, low key serious facility. Felt at home right away.

I have been a member of the gym for years. The gym is like an old school gym. Scott the owner is cool. It is clean and very affordable. The equipment is great. Highly recommend this gym.

I love Scott, and the Rocky Balboa feel. If you like old school you will like this gym, Ive been going here for years, wont leave Unless med school makes me.

Ive worked out here and enjoyed the atmosphere. The owner is extremely nice Im hoping to join kickboxing, I was in boxing last and I enjoyed that very much but looking for a change.
