We offer a yard turf field, state of the art, prolevel training, testing and recovery equipment, and proprietary, highly effective training programs designed to replicate the experience of a Division collegiate athlete. D offers group workouts, as well as personal, small group, team, and virtual training.

D has convenient discounted parking at Treasure Island Ramp. The trainers are supportive. Plenty of space for parentsadults to hang out while waiting for sessions to be done. More

The experience at D has been really great for me. To see our boys get the exercise and the training before any sport especially football has set in to know that they are ready for anything. The trainers can get them to smile even though they are grinding through their sweat. Keep up the great work at D.
