I have been a member now for months I love the encouraging staffowners and even the motivation from other members Everyone is so kind and uplifting I love sweating out those calories while stretching and moving Id say everyone should at least try it once to see if its for you

I love these workouts. The instructors are engaging and make the time pass quickly. Its always clean and I especially love the little extras like aromatherapy sprays, shampoo and face wash that is available.
