Amazing gym All the equipment is always in working condition, the sauna is huge and the full service shake bar with energy drinks and other options like pre work out and stuff is great I recommend this gym for anyone in the blue springs, grain valley, lees summit, independence area The staff is AMAZING

Fantastic gym environment. All fitness styles levels are made to feel welcome. Very clean, equipment is well maintained. Maybe my favorite thing about FF is the staff. They are very personable and make a genuine connection with every member.
