This location is nicely laid out and the staff are very coherent in particular, Al. Im visiting today from Sedalia our family is battling cancer so we make frequent trips to Columbia. I decided to get some exercise and met this smiling effervescent individual. I left this facility feeling complete, thanks PF and Al.

The gym is clean and the staff is very friendly. But, they are only allowing EFT payments. Will not be keeping my membership if they dont allow debit card payments. There are plenty of other gyms in town that allow you to set up your monthly payment via debit or credit card.
