Went for a am Friday exercise class. The teacher was energetic and explained the moves very well. Music was good and equipment was sanitized.

Ive been a member of this gym for years. The staff is always friendly, and the place is never too crowded. Great group classes also Childcare is provided free to members on certain days of the week. More
