Absolutely love this gym The community of people that go to the gym are awesome Jeremy does a great job right when you walk in he always makes it a habit to say something no matter what he doing

So far so good. Im a week in and have no complaints. As others said, it is a smaller space. If you go at the right times, however, there is pretty minimal traffic. I go earlier in the morning before work and have not experienced any frustrations Gym is kept looking nice and organized.

Great management and a nice local feel without any workout pressure Love this neighborhood gym and they have another great gym in downtown KC

This gym is small, but it has every type of equipment you can imagine, all organized well so it still feels open. Good music selection for my workout. Staff is friendly and very helpful. My favorite feature is their hours.
