Gym facility is excellent, clean and uncluttered...plenty of space for private personal training, small groups, and structured small classes. I primarily workout individually with workouts from my trainer wife. I am biased, but Laura Harris will help you reach your goals Check this place out

I absolutely LOVE this gym I have been with Freedom Fitness for over . years now. My current trainer, Andrea, is awesome. They offer a variety of classes and have a wide variety of trainers each with their own unique training style and specialties. If you hate to work out in a meat market then check out Freedom Fitness
