SuperSlow Zone offers a full body workout in minutes twice a week. Its all you need to maintain a healthy body and have the strength to do the things you want to do. This is a unique form of exercise that is sciencebased and youre always with a certified instructor to make sure you do the exercises safely and effectively on Medical Grade NautilusOne strength training machines. We are located in Ballwin at Kehrs Mill Clayton Road in the Claymont Medical Building. No membership fee, no longterm contracts, you essentially pay as you go.
