Very clean and quiet gym, attendance usually picks up in the evening, staff are also very nice. I miss the one in my hometown that was open however I suppose I should be asleep at am verses being at the gym.

The place itself is nice, and the environment is ok but the equipment is too close especially the treadmills.

Please open EARLIER This is a great faculty, but I wish they would open earlier such as am, so I could workout before work. I have to get to work early in the mornings, and I would love to start out my day by hitting the gym first. Please consider extending the hours earlier in the morning.

I love it here. Their slogan of a judgment free zone is real. Im not the perfect body type, but few people are. The staff is friendly and people seem to enjoy themselves. out of fat chick friendly.
