Service is good ... They have a Sauna which is a plus ...but equipment is old and out dated but also sometimes its the best equipment for you gym heads..

I recently joined this gym about a month ago. And I can tell that if you what a serious workout. Join the silver sneaker program you want regret it. Thanks to Alisha and Vonetta Im on my way to my weight loss goal of losing lb. Thanks ladies

Tried to cancel for multiple months with no avail. I finally spoke with a guy who gave me his email so i emailed him and he NEVER AMSWERED til this dat i am still being charged and those unprofessional children wont pick up a phone or open the door when i show up. Do not recommend if you arent looking for a long term gym.

Maybe the best gym Ive been to in the country Love this place, Im definitely a fan of the bigger room in the back. Staff was great and beyond friendly. Theres also a large field to use outside
