Awesome gym. Very clean with newer machines. Not too busy and a great workout environment.

Would you like to talk about a gym that actually cares about its people. they didnt even know me, I was having trouble getting in they came out to greet me help me. this place is just plain awesome, from the equipment to the staff I give this store five stars

This is a hidden gem in Meridian The gym is clean and never packed, which makes grinding out a workout so enjoyable. I was surprised by the amount of equipment and how spacious the facility was. The staff is also very friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Definitely recommending this facility to anyone who listens.

I wish I can give star. Thier manager is one the worst person to deal with in terms of billing. full of attitude. They even charged during covid when the gym was closed. Very bad business practice.

Worst manager.I am switching my gym. Its nice facility but I do not understand why staff has so much attitude.I hope owners knows their staff is more busy on workout during their shift than taking care of their clients.
