I believe this is the best bang for your buck gym in Meridian. No other gym is as friendly as this one is. Their prices are competitve, and their is plenty of room to work out. There are also no big crowds, and no one stares at you. I feel safe working out here.

Was literally driving by on a sunday afternoon. Not a member, never been here or hear of it. The let me do a quick drop in to use the fighting area of the facility. Huge, you can social distance by and have no problems. Very clean, plenty of everything any gym rat needs. Thanks guys much appreciated.
