It was an awesome crossfit gym but after a tornado tore the roof off and threw equipment everywhere it was closed.

I enjoyed working out at this box while I was living down here. Top Jackson is a great trainer and a man of great character that holds a respectable code of honor. He will help you get fit and safely. He is big on proper mechanics which is key for injury prevention.
