great home town gym clean and kept up well has a great loaded tee and smootie shop. in it as well any time i go never over crowded

Friendly staff, clean and good equipment. Tanning bed and boxing room inside. Never overcrowded and has a great vibe overall. Has a loaded Tea and smoothie shop inside

This gym has it all, heavy lifting area, tanning beds, shower, pre workout, boxing, and a smoothie shop. It has a great atmosphere and the gym is super clean. Highly recommend.
