I love the Mountain Project Mike, Emily and Colleen are knowledgeable, and welcoming not to mention fun. Since working out there, I have become stronger in all the places I didnt know I was weak. Now I can ski, bike or hike all day. The workouts are challenging and engaging. I never get tired of going to a class.

Classes here are excellent and the instructors really know how to get you motivated If you prefer to attend open gym, they have everything you need. Personal training is also an option and trainers will work closely with you to figure out how to meet your goals.
