Surprisingly one of the best military gyms Ive been to. Open space with a spacious CrossFit area. Indoor basketball court and running track as well.

excellent staff and wide open spaces to work out at. newer equip and the place is kept very clean. great hours to work out.

I love the parking they have to get to the gym. Lots of floor space for the freeweights, an indoor track a will kept up one at that, and lots of cardio equipment. I love coming here and knowing that is not to crowded to get to a few things.

There is a lot of stuff here to get the workout you wantneed.A few rooms for group activities and wrestlinggrapplingetc.

Decent fitness equipment. No waiting for weights or machines unless you go at peak hours am or pm. The building is well heated in the winter and cooled in summer.

Great gym if you have base access especially since its hers unless somethings goingin that shuts it down. Like the new equipment

Was a good gym. Unfortunately, more of the resources seem to be going toward Crossfit equipment instead of replacing aging equipment or fixing a growing list of items. Several of which have been broken for months. The space intended for the pool has instead become what seems to be the permanent crossfit zone sadly.
