I highly recommend Helena BJJ. I was in town for work and caught a couple classes am. I was welcomed with open arms. Training was solid and well articulated. If you are in town and looking for a place to train this is the place to do it

Great gym Ive trained at multiple schools and HBJJ is about as good as it gets. David, Jim Sean are all topnotch black belt instructors who cultivate a welcoming friendly culture. HBJJ does not have the cultist vibe or toxic egos that can be found at a lot of other martial arts academies.
