Clean, quite, small gym with all the equipment anyone would need. Maybe a better unguided squat rack though other than that I love it

Extreme fat loss. Michelle, also the owner, is very involved. Very clean and I enjoy the the members. Always able to find equipment. Most excited about the team working with my personal meal planning.
